Terms and conditions

The following rules indicate our terms and conditions policy

Terms of Deposits - All deposits are 50% of the quoted order and are NON- REFUNDABLE. Please note that the full payment becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
Payment options - We take cash, credit card, and e-transfers. If paying by credit card, there will be extra credit card fee's. Taxes apply on all orders.
Payment Calendar - 50% deposits are non-refundable and are taken to hold the date of your event. If no deposit is received, your event is not booked and confirmed. Remaining payment for the event is taken 48 hours prior to the event, unless discussed otherwise with Layla Nassar Events.
Credit Card Authorization Form - If client is paying by card for the deposit, Layla Nassar Events may ask for a credit card authorization form to be signed and returned back upon deposit.
Extra Fees - Delivery/ Travel/ Event planner fees are determined by location of the event and the scale of the event.
